This is one of my GO-TO tools,,

These have the smack of a ball peen hammer without marring anything.

Keep in mind it’s still a hammer and can dent things and scuff some finishes.
BUT
I assure you that this will be a favorite!

4.9 ounces and made of ABS (Harder than the polyethylene mallet we offer)
Head is 3-1/4″ x about 1-3/4 across the face.
About 12-1/2″ long overall.

I have another hammer that is a bit larger and softer made of polyethylene, both have their place of use in my experience,,
