Ruger Mark IV Rear Sight Lock/Set Screws for all later MK 4, LITE & 22/4. These screws have a more aggressive tip and will hold much better than factory screws. SET OF 2 SCREWS. Fits ALL later Ruger Mark 4 with adjustable rear sight (SEE PICTURES) including 22/45 and LITE. These use .05" Allen Driver.Ruger Mark IV pistols from 2018 on have a different rear sight than the previous decades these are for the current production rear sight as seen in PICTURE
