Ruger Factory Black Trigger for Mark 1 2 3 Pistols

These have the Tab on the back which was for Mark 3, some compliant thing for CA at one time I think (if you know more fill me in)

That tab may need to be ground off in some installations
This trigger is a bit different than Mark IV, have not tried to see if it will work in one.
