These are “RETAIL shipped” Ruger pistols that have the too common “White Spot”
Ruger does not have much Quality Control anymore and roughly 35% of the “Blued” Mark IV pistols we receive (regardless of model) will have the “White Spot”
We are now being compensated for these Blemished Retail Pistols so we don’t have to keep shipping pistols back and forth hoping for a good one.
We are passing that discount on to you.
