I think it's a decent upgrade over previous version,
Serated finish on back
Two set screws
Straight blade screwdriver adjustment again
Narrower overall
Slightly narrower notch

Black Outline .110" Square Notch Blade (Currently shipping on Mark IV Pistols)
Adjustable for elevation and windage

Very early "Standard" pistols had a narrower rear sight dovetail, it is obviously smaller than later models, no measuring should be required to verify if comparing any MK2, MK3 or MK4

If your pistol has a NON-Adjustable rear sight, you will most likely need a taller front sight if installing this adjustable rear sight.
