This is by no means the "standard" on how business is conducted between FFL's
In order for us to ship a Firearm we MUST by law have a photo copy of the FFL we are
Seems some shops do not want to give out their FFL for a transfer unless WE call them or send our FFL first to let them know we are a gun shop with FFL.
THEY are getting paid for the transfer.
Therefore it is THEIR job to call us to satisfy their needs.
YOUR FFL DOES NOT NEED A COPY OF OUR FFL BY ATF RULES FOR A TRANSFER
WE HOWEVER MUST HAVE A COPY OF THEIRS
Let me put it into basic terms,
YOUR FFL is charging YOU a fee for a transfer
Your FFL wants ME to call THEM when THEY are getting paid for the task???
