Purchasing an FFL Item
How do you know if you’re buying an FFL item?
If it’s a “firearm”, an “upper” or a “receiver”, you are purchasing a serialized item, which will trigger the FFL checkout. We cannot and will not send any of these items to your home address (unless you’re an FFL at that address). All serialized products must ship to an FFL license holder where you will complete a 4473 form (and pass a background check) to be able to receive your purchase.
What do you do if you bought an FFL item?
Any FFL item bought must be shipped to a valid FFL license holder. We have directions on the cart page and also within the listings of all FFL items that will assist you with what to do. In short, if you have purchased an FFL item, please email or have your FFL email us a copy of their license (VALID and up-to-date) to wirthweinguns@gmail.com with your order number and “FFL” in the subject line.

Any FFL item bought must be shipped to a valid FFL license holder. We have steps in our checkout to assist you with your purchase, but as always, we must have a VALID copy of your chosen FFL’s license before we ship your order.
If you go with an FFL that doesn’t have a copy of their license on file through our system, please email or have your FFL email us a copy of their license (VALID and up-to-date) to wirthweinguns@gmail.com with your order number and “FFL” in the subject line.
