My hands a a little too big for the standard grips of any Mark IV pistol. I’ve added larger grips to every Mark IV I own and these extended mag releases are a must. My only complaint is I wish they were just a bit longer or that they were available in two lengths Extended and extra long maybe 3/8 – 1/4 inch longer.
